Close your eyes and listen
There are many voices screaming
Inside your head there is a playground
Wishes, passions and tensions
Thoughts are coming and passing like clouds in the sky

Release your fears and hopes
Let the clouds pass by, they don’t have roots
Your internal sky is always there
Be graceful and fluid like one beautiful river

Be like you are now and grow inside you
Expand your senses and see you from outside
See you in many dimensions, many vibrations and skins
All the different persons are you inside of yourself

You are not a person
You are a fragrance
You are a spark in the universe
You are all the energetic planets and stars bound in your body

Every atom that rests in the universe
Each melody of nature
Every singing inspiration inside you
You, living being, essence, nature, inspiration and love

Can you see me?
See me like yourself
Because what you see is a projection of yourself
Everything is a projection of our minds

All comes from perception
And when you really sense you can’t speak
You will not find words to describe it
You can just be with all the total feeling

You communicate through the vibrating energy in heart
Your spirit hits your heart to be sublime
Your mind finds the vast blue sky
